What Forums do you go on?

Just curious... What online forums do you guys go onto?

I pop on GFY sometimes to see what they're going on about. Maybe learn something interesting.

I pop on Demon rarely anymore just to see if I've missed anything important that I could learn or may help me somehow.

That's pretty much it.
With my forum time(s)... I stick around here checking the forum about 3-5 times a day. As much as I check things out here you'd think I'm a moderator HAHA! J/K.

And I love reading what xopa, bec, Luke post. Very interesting stuff! Very helpful too!

Yep, i also go on this one and GFY.

I am frequently on GFY .. I find it is really informative but can be homophobic as well.. but I can handle that shit easily .. :deadhorse:

I only hit the buy/sell area on GFY, maybe once a week. It seems to be one of the only active buy/sell areas on forums.

It's been 3 years, they've still never activated my "account" :( I've emailed them, etc. Never any replies. I think that's actually best because I've seen GFY get VERY heated up and scary at some points with all the bashing.

But yes, you can learn something new over there. That's where i first learned about a year and a half ago on what a traffic leak means.

GWW has discussed traffic leaks, you must not of been around then or just missed reading them.

I hit GFY once in awhile, but like Luke, I tend to stay in the buy/sell section. I have little patience for small mindedness and people just plain bullying others for the sake of being an ass because they can get away with it.

mostly photography forums/boards but I do keep abreast of what's happening in both gay and straight. ( interpreted: I've yet to remember my password into GFY as longboardjim so I'm somebody else. - LOL )

I am agreed GFY can be hostile but then again I'm a black belt in bitch! - LOL

you know with the way printers are these days all you have to do is locate a computer store near you that carries the "peel & stick" paper and print your own. ( interpreted: I get the "iron on" paper from walmart and make up my own "sayings" for t-shirts ... bumper stickers are so limiting - LOL )

It took GFY a couple of weeks to activate my account and only after I sent them an email basically calling them unprofessional for taking such a long time. :D
But I rarely go there anymore, just too much drama and stuff.
Every now and then I check GD and a German AWM forum.

I've been using GayDemon.biz a lot lately. I looked at some statistics (http://siteanalytics.compete.com/the...+gaydemon.biz/) and Gay Demon seems to be where the people are. I like this site a lot except for those emails threatening to cut me off if I stay away too long. I know those have turned some of my friends off and sent them elsewhere.
I like the layout and the people here so I keep coming back.

I visit the above mentioned daily. After separating out the liars, the cheats and the egotists, from the vicious competitors and the wannabes, now and then there's a few grains of substance.

Obviously, there's a whole bunch of people in this industry who don't do forums at all, and have amassed a much larger fortune and traffic base than most of us - combined.

I don't visit forums much. I have so much time and I love to read all the posts, so a simple stop sometimes ends up with me losing 3 hours of work time.

in a word GFY=drama
not a drama queen so not a board I used to frequent.
been a member for ages have 8 or 9 posts LOL

I used to frequent this board, TM, and Medium Pimpin
Now well GWW is where I'm hangin...when I have time LOL

Really? I did not realise those emails were threatening, per se. I will try to find where the text is setup and change it (this was setup before by Lee). They are meant to be a reminder that we are here and want to see you back :D

I have changed the email to some much friendlier text. I wish someone would have mentioned this sooner! Remember, guys, this is OUR community forum and I am open to any suggestions for improvements :D

Other then the forums mentioned, I enjoy browsing Google's webmaster forums when I have time.

Yeah, I talked to a few people who were really turned off by the tone of the reminder emails and just let their accounts be eliminated. I'll let them know that they won't be getting those anymore.

Yes, we bought GayWideWebmasters about 7 months ago, Lee and his former partner Gary are no longer any part of this forum. I know Gary is no longer in the biz, not sure if Lee is still around or not but I haven't heard from him since Dec last year.
