Stunner Media Announcement: We have Acquired...

Stunner Media Acquires All Assets From NeoStrata Limited.


Montreal, January 18th , 2012 –Stunner Media Inc. CEO, Philippe St-Onge, announced today that Stunner Media Inc., also known as creator and operator of StandAhead.com, BoyCrushCash.com, IndieBucks.com and Phoenixxx.com, has acquired all of NeoStrata Limited’s web assets, including the HunkMoney affiliate program.

“The move is in line with our vision for growth and diversification” said Philippe St-Onge. "The acquisition includes LatinoBucks.com, EmoProfits.com, BritishBucks.com, HunkMoney.com and CyberSocket Industry Choice Awards Winner for Best Webmaster Resource in 2012, GayWideWebmasters.com" St-Onge added.

“NeoStrata has a unique approach to creating content, and provides a fresh take on adult entertainment by catering to its own niche markets. The acquisition allows us to target a customer segment and demographic that we were not fully reaching until now”, said Simon Soulières, Affiliate and Marketing Manager at Stunner Media. Soulières added "Affiliates can still get NeoStrata promo content by logging into their usual affiliate accounts." Operations of the NeoStrata sites will soon integrate the tried and tested methods that Stunner Media is known for while incorporating the respect and transparency that partners of both NeoStrata and Stunner Media alike have become accustomed to.

Stunner Media has elected to retain two crucial employees from NeoStata, Dade Williams and Teaser, who will continue their roles at the newly acquired properties as well as be involved with other Stunner Media assets.

Along with the acquisition of NeoStrata Limited’s assets, we are also happy to announce that former Affiliate Manager Richard Neate will be re-joining the Stunner Media family to head-up EmoProfits and BritishBucks, where he started his career in 2008.

The exact terms of the agreement have not been disclosed however, the assets had a price tag of over seven figures. This is the most recent of several purchases the company has made in the last few years and it is said to be Stunner Media’s biggest acquisition to date. Several of Stunner Media’s managed assets feature amongst the top in their respective niches, cooperatively thrusting Stunner Media amongst the largest gay adult companies on the web.

I have to add that I loved working with Ben, Luke, and Dade at Hunk Money.. etc. I will miss Ben and Luke greatly, but I'm also excited to be working again with Dade along with the crew at Stunner Media.

We are already starting to work through the sites and improve them for the better :)!

The board will be staying purple for the time-being, but the stunner background will be removed after today.

Oh the joys of having some spare time! Its the first time in about 12 years I will not be working 7 days a week, so I am planning a very long holiday! I also have about 750 domains left, so will be working on developing them as as affiliate. And of course, popping in to GWW often to keep up with whats happening.

It's been a pleasure working with Luke and Hunkmoney for the past 10 years, as we both pretty much started around the same time. I am very happy that Stunner purchased it as I don't think it could have been sold to a better company. Hope you enjoy the much needed rest Luke and we'll all be here for you when you return! And hope I finally get to see you here in Thailand now. ;)

congrats both parties , my first gay big client is hunkmoney :)

I've received a few emails asking if links will have to be changed, etc.

This was an acquisition of all assets, so servers, NATS licenses, etc. were all transferred.

Everybody can continue logging in where they always have and continue using the link codes they've always used.

not ideal at this time , last week while out on a catamaran with the Bears we were experiencing blizzard like conditions of 77 - 79 degrees as you can see because of the extreme cold I had to wear pants. ( I'm the one without snow blindness goggles! - LOL )

we'll probably get 10 - 12" inches of sand next week ... their filling in the beaches at this time. - LOL

We have some great plans for the new assets, starting with upgrades to NATS 4.1, removing fees on payouts, reducing the payouts hold by half to match our other programs and moving to our CMS for members areas.

We are confident we'll achieve better sales with $1.95 trials and higher retention with our systems. We'll also be looking at tours and a ton of other things we can tweak to make everyone more money.
