Okay Lee, here I am, Raymond

Lee e-mailed me and wanted to personally invite me to start posting. So, here I am. I guess I've just been busy (never heard that before). I'm just starting in the gay website areas because I'm not making any money in the "straight" world. I'm trying out different things, not knowing where to go or which direction. It is not all about money, but money does keep a body going. My first site is about trying to find all the great things on the interenet that deal with the "word" Fuck. I've found a few interesting things but additions are always welcome. The site is All About Fuck. My next site I'm trying is a site most people would not mind visiting, but basically for the GLBT community. This site is GLBT On The Dot Com. With my third site I'm trying to be more direct to the gay male at Be Queer Now. I'm at the very beginning at learning, so ANY suggestions are more than welcome, I'm hoping you will send them to me. Hi and Welcome Raymond -- sounds like some very ambitious projects you've gotten started! Would like to hear more on how you arrived at the 3 you mentioned and what your developement plans are for them.

Thanks for the responce. I hope you visit my sites and give more feedback. But to answer your questions.

1. I normally go through expiered domain names. I put in the word fuck and "allaboutfuck.com" came up. I figured I could do something interesting with it. I am slowly building the site, but I think it might have been banned for some reason in the past by google because I can't seem to get the googlebot to come around. I have asked and I have backlinks. I'm going to give it a month then contact google myself and see what the problem is.

2. I wanted a site for gay men, I don't pretend to understand what lesbians want. I figure if I like it, most gay men would also. I got the domain bequeernow.com the same way. I looked up something in google and got a gay affiliate site, and I've gone from there.

3. For GLBTonthe.com I came up with that name myself. I needed a site I could link with goforthe.com and buyfromthe.com and the name was simular. These are online malls that keep my webhosting free, but not by much (I need more income). I needed a site to help direct the glbt community towards my more adult sites without offending any of my clients that might click on the link to see what the site looked like. Those interested could then continue to click through.

How did you get started? What advice would you give me? How could I make my sites better?
