REALLY Hardcore Content

Well, my new content has arrived. Now I just have to figure out what to do with it. The dvd's include fist and piss, which I've never had the opportunity to work with. I am currently only working in AVS (UGAS) and they don't accept this type of material.

Anyone know of an AVS that does accept this type of content?

My ultimate goal is to start a paysite - That scorpio is gonna design for me ;) - with this content but I'm not sure what (reliable) cc processors will take this kind of site.

And what is my legal exposure in running a site like this from the US?

Hey X!

I have a few emails out to some of the CC Processors at the moment.

I want them to tell us officially what their stand is on that type of content site.

Last time I dealt with fisting content, the rule was you could show only a part of the actual "insertion" - knuckles had to be visible. Up to the elbow was tabboo.

As soon as I get some responses, I'll post them here ;)

Thanks G-A! There is plenty else I can use on the DVD's, but I would rather leave as much in as possible.

Btw, can anybody recommend some good DVD ripping/video editing software. I downloaded several trial programs, but none of them work! One just crashed in the last ten minutes of the DVD... after 3 hours of ripping! I have the processor cpabilities... what the hell is wrong with this cheesy software?

I looked for some fisting sites, and see that adultcheck was used on one and ManCheck was used on another. Maybe this will help.

Adult Check is not taking new webmasters... infact they deleted 1,000's of existing accounts, so they are out. Andy, let me know what MC and GMP say.

Hot Desert Knights uses CCBill, so I imagine CCBill allows fisting content.

I have a couple sites that are fisting/pissing and CCBill is the processor on those, so I'd at least hope it's ok. hah.
As per AVS... who knows. Can't say I really use those often, if at all.

As for my email to them on a fisting-pissing only site... CCBIll, Epoch and Verotel said the same thing (standard company line stuff) yes they do accept these sites but reserve right to "discuss" tour content with the webmaster.

From my own experience and the word "discuss" I take that as, if they see something questionable they'll tell you first. And you have the option to change it. I once did a teen and twink site with content from TwinkContent.com there was one guy who, at the right angle, looked very young (he was 21 and this was the only pic he looked young in LOL) It was questioned and I decide to change it out for another pic. Really no big deal.

I haven't heard back from the other three that I know of... I'll go check my email and let ya know.

Fisting only or not, I think you're covered :)

COOL! Thanks for the info! I've heard lot's of good things about CCBill... I'll probably go with them.

Now I just need to get Scorpio to do the site for me.

For the fisting site, I do have an affiliate program.

Hot Desert Knights is the site.

BareBuxxx is the affiliate program. :)

They have fisting, bareback, watersports.

My other watersports site, GoldenBoysUSA doesn't yet have an affiliate program but I am actually setting it all up right now and the affiliate program should be up and live in the next week or two.

I just got a responce about ManCheck.com. They do accept fisting, pissing galleries. Didn't give me a list of things they would and wouldn't accept.

Yeah, Bill's great :D

I do marketing for them. Promote their site and drive traffic to them through a contract with them. Any webmasters I send over sign up directly as affiliates of theirs - in other words I don't get a webmaster referral or anything. I promote them as them. 8)
