Is this okay to do?

Just afterI bought into the paysite program that Hammer developed with BadPuppy, and launching MegaHung, Hammer had another client who bought Blackcockzilla. I've never felt that it was ethically correct for me to put black guys on Mega because of this. I didn't want to step on toes even though I do not personally know the gentleman who owns that site. I justified it by saying if my members want to see black guys they can go there. I've further thought that having a permanent link in place for our members to bounce back and forth might be nice but as of yet have not inquired further.

A friend of mine told me that it isn't right for me not to have black guys on the site. That in fact there is no such thing as ethics concerning content in this business, except that you don't sleep with your content. He further went on to suggest that it might be perceived as racist. It's so not even about that though.

Do you think it's okay to have black guys on my site? Is there anything else I should consider before making a decision?

what is megahung? a paysite? if so, then you should have whatever content you want to have. who cares if someone you know has the same niche content on another site

Mama, get any kind of content you want for your site :) Your site is yours and you should do whatever you want with it.

Believe me, i don't think anybody would think twice about adding white guys with big cocks to their sites, if they had the content.

First of all, Mega Hung is your site. You bought and paid for it. You owe Hammer nothing else, and you certainly owe his clients past, present or future no explanation.

Mega Hung is your world now, do with it what you want. If you want to put big titted, trailer park trashy women in purple high heels on your Mega Hung site, you can go ahead.

Actually, there are four things you need to consider when added content to your site from here on in: (1) do I like it, does it comply with my personal ethics and comfort level, (2) is this content that is within BadPuppy's terms of service and conditions, afterall they are your major sponsor and they very well may not allow women, so the above example would be out, and (3) is it legal and 2257 compliant, and (4) does it go along with my site's theme and/or will my surfers/traffic like it.

Other than that, you owe no one explanations.

Mega Hung is a "big dick" site, so featuring black men with big dicks is totally approriate ... go for it. And don't forget, some of those Latino boys are whoppers, too.

The Best I Think You Can Do Is "Generalize"(Atypical: Asia/Black/Latin/White Etc...) , Also And Foremost , It's Your Site(Unless Your Designer Tells You Otherwise!):)So Put What You Want But Keep In Mind That Not Everything You Like Is Going To Sell And Vice-Versa So May Have To Put On A Few Extra's.

Ethics have nothing to do with it in this instance, you have paid your mony to Hammer for the site design therefore, just as if i had gone to Scorpio directly and bought a $300 tour design and some content from Ounique for $200 my relation with them ends.

So youll send away paying customers? Sorry but that isnt the way to do business, why do you think so many of the affiliate programs have the same niches? Because they want to keep their customer base, if all you are going to be doing is sending traffic to other paysites, in all honesty, you may as well close Mega Hung down right now.

Your friend would be correct on much of what he has said, you are here to make money, regardless of how it is made so long as it is legal you shouldnt be concerned with anything you do.

If i could make $3,000 a pop and be comfortable with myself selling paysites that i only paid $300 would i do it? Hell yes, the problem is, i wouldnt feel comfortable doing that as it is against my business ethnics.

Yes, you have nothing to be concerned about unless you were specifically told you couldnt compete with other clients of Hammers when you purchased your turnkey solution.

Perhaps taking total control of your site would be an idea. Forgive me for saying but from the few threads you have started that do mention Mega Hung in some capacity, you seen to be under the impression that you need to go to Hammer everytime something needs doing.. this isnt the case, you purchased a $300 paysite for $3000, therefore you own the site, seriously consider running the site on your own.

While you're at it... register some more domains, buy some more content, have Scopio design some more sites and continue to build your empire.

Btw, these BadPuppy sites really aren't paysites. They are more akin to AVS sites like MANcheck. You might want to look into expanding into true AVS sites.

I would have to disagree with that to some extent, for the most part they are in fact paysites however, the fundamental billing methods are different.

Sharing content between affiliate programs has been hapening for many years and the business model BadPuppy uses is just a more fluent method of delivering the content they own.

I would have to agree with you on getting Mamakity to expend into more business avenues though, especially the AEN / AVS business model as that is not all that dis-similar to the model sh is currently working with.

Sweetheart there is no political correctness in porn. There is site after site of "Black thugz" etc that doesn't show one crumbly cracker. There is a great niche out there for hung white guys.

Did you pay $3000 for MegaHung? As you know from your site redesign.. you can get a design for $300 and content is so cheap out there. If you did pay $3000 for MegaHung I think you might not want to make that mistake again... let alone sending traffic to his other sites!

Oops, my post must have sounded like I was saying that Hammer was the one who said I could not have black men. That's not true at all. My reasons for not putting black men on there was simply because of one of his other clients owns a big black guy site. I just thought it would be rude if I did it too.

No, we got that. It just that.. there's HUNDREDS of sites out there that feature black men... short men.. bald men... fat men.... you're not stepping on anyone's toes by including those things on your site if people want them.

your first responsibility for yur site should be giving your customers what they want. If you can give them a better site than another client of Hammer's then you should do that.

I'm definately doing the AVS thing. I have ten more on order. Once that's done I'll be working on my HUB to get that making some money instead of costing. Dzinerbear has given me some great information and I can't wait to be doing this all independently.

Until then though I'm keeping Scorpio busy.

More Good news, I finally received my Dreamweaver and Fireworks program. 5 more years and I'll be styleing.

I learned how to do Dreamweaver by reading the How To book on the bus on my way home after getting my first job designing with it.

It's so easy it's almost criminal.

I rembmer the old days where you had to actually enter ecerything by hand in a text editor. I dont' even think I can DO that anymore.

With Dreamweaver, I was literally knockingoff two free/AVS sites a day at one point, and they were actually good, converting ones.
