Time to kick the feet up and bundle up and watch the boob tube instead of the puter... though I understand how even sick you want to get the work done, still in the long run, you won't do as well unless you take the time now to baby yourself a little, better a day or two now than a week ... as i have found out in the past... so have a wee hot rum toddy and some decadent chocolate something or other.. and get well.. :sun:

yeah, even though most people think this is an easy job, you should still not work while sick, imo. It only drags out the healing process... having a cold is one thing but feverish to the point of feeling dreamy, is your body telling you to get some rest.

I always try to follow a rule of thumb when I'm not feeling well... beside chicken soup and the like... When the thermometer get's to 100, the PC goes off and I go to bed.
Hope you get into bed and stay there until you're doing better. And if you're still feverish and reading this... GET TO BED DAMMIT!

i am still feverish, and i am reading this... i have a job that is running late because i've been sick for days. i'm gonna try and chip away for a coupla hours before shutting down.

Definately downtime curled up on the couch with a remote in one hand and a bowl of chicken soup in the other and lots of sleep. Which is pretty much all I did Saturday evening. I managed to catch the sore throat that my roomate had and life sucks right now. So I feel your pain Basschick. Get to feeling better soon!

some, yes. my fever is almost gone, and my nose isn't stuffy, but i still have a cough and feel pretty weak...
