I have had this damn thing forever! My mouse just broke, so I haven't had time to run out and grab another, so I am using this tablet..LOL
How long does this thing take to get used to? It seems to be taking forever, though I am taking this time while I am without mouse, to use it and hopefully get comfortable with it. Anyone else use one?

If not... Open up minesweeper. the game play will get you warmed up a little quicker.
For me, it takes a day or 2 to get used to if I've been using a mouse for a while. BUt when I originally got my tablet it took about a week before I had it down pat. Once you get used to it though, it's so much better than using a mouse.
I just bought a new mouse today... though I must say, that tablet pen hurts my fingers when I was using it!
But, at the end of the day, I can say that I think I got the hang of it.
I have had one for a couple years, just can't remember which box it is in. Switched to a trackball.
Ya a trackball is the way to go, I have one of those pen things under my bed that I used for about 2 hours one time
Once you get used to a trackball, you have total control on your graphics, the only way to fly. Not sure I used my pad that long before putting in the archives of toys I just had to get.
