www.worldwidecontent.com does screen caps for their DVD content. I think you just have to ask.
can you use vidcaps or do the pics have to be high rez? if they have to be high rez, the answer is pretty simple - companies shooting video have no need to shoot pics. that requires equipment, often different lighting, a photographer, plus good quality pics that are really optimized require a separate guy who is paid all day to do the pics.
