Want to Buy mobile numbers of Dutch gays / SMS promotion

I am looking to buy a database of mobile numbers of Dutch gay (man), in order to send the promotional SMS for an audio service.

Another alternative is, to send that SMS through a 3rd party without getting the numbers.

Also e-mail promotion might be considered,

Isn't there an anti-mobile-spam law in Holland?
