I need them to build the galleries, sign up to sposnor programs and make link trades -- the sites tgp engine is already built. Just need al the pic galleries, etc...

after reading this thread, i see you don't want a tgp webmaster - you want a gallery builder and submitter. what is your budget like? do you insist on hand-submitting or will you accept script submission if it is carefully done? do you have your own partner accounts?
