has anyone managed to speak to the people at candid who run dude dorm? i have been getting just voicemails for the past week , no return calls and no statement about the 2257 regs and how they are handeling that.
also anyone have a take on the men of steal,s boys condo, saying they are covered by putting a 2257 popup on theire pages ? they may be covered but that dosnt help us.
Since those are feeds you don't need to keep their 2257 docs in house. just use softcore images to link to the sites and you should be fine. every attorney we've spoken to has said you don't need docs for feed content.Quote:

if you link to it with a sexually explicit image you got from them... then yes you would need the doc. otherwise all search engines would need to the keep the docs.Quote:
