I have a web domain that I have been wanting to develop for some time. I would like to make it into a local hook up site that operates like Manhunt.net. Anyone have any ideas or experties on how I can get this started?

So far as the script for the chat board goes you can use any variety of scripts ranging from free ones such as http://www.phpbb.com or paid versions such as http://www.vbulletin.com :)
