Well, it seems that they have amended one of the parts that had you most concerned, and I see in the other thread that your comment was published and addressed, so I am assuming that your comment (if only one) was about the availability hours...

actually although i did comment on that - i was one of many. my comment was about storing the i.d.s in your server in a special password protected area that your host could give law enforcement access to.
