Video seems to take on less of a role in softcore sites. Simulated voyear, maybe like locker rooms, dressing, undressing, that kind of video might sell well ? Also, watching someone get a massage is kinda hot. Do you think that would be considered sexually explicit ?

i think that, just like with any activity, massage or simulated voyeur would be much more successful as video than just pics. think of watching a guy undress in motion, rather than just pics. he slowly lets his pants drop, then leans down to pick them up...
video would rock for this!
whether the video was sexually explicit would depend greatly on the video. i could easily see ways to shoot both as non-explicit, but you'd have to be careful.
Id have to agree with Patti on this.
Rather than looking at the 'video' angle, look at the 'voyeur' angle instead.
Also, webcam pics and feeds i would image should sell / retain quite well too.

it seems to me that seeing and especially hearing the action is always more
interesting, whether it is hardcore or simply someone getting undressed or
taking a shower
