, i have "make-artists" on-staff but i mostly use them for my female models ( i just don't have that gay-gene! )
the guys are pretty "flexible" with "hair-color/length adjustments" ( of course they want more $ for bald! )
i guess you have to ask yourself "just how good do you want the shot?"
