Do secondary producers really have until 6/23?
I continue to see webmasters say that if they pull out as secondary producers on or before 6/23, that they have nothing to worry about anymore.
That they won't have to print their name and address on their sites as being custodian. That they won't have to obtain model ID's. That they won't have to keep those ID's on file for years.
Is this really true?
Because last time I checked, all those requirements were in the OLD REGS.
Should webmasters be worried about not being able to obtain model ID's for a gallery they submitted 4 years ago?

Words paint the real picture
I think what has changed is the definition or clarification of what is a secondary producer, so I'd say (not being a lawyer or anything) that as of the 23rd you gotta, before no...
just my opinion

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?
Yes webmasters should be worried about not having the ID's for models they used several years ago.
If you murdered someone two years ago, you can still be tried and convicted for murder, no different with these 2257 regs especially since you had to check for and be able to prove ids of your models.

I'm pretty sure it's that stupid by I think the current porn models would be priority. The resources to go back would be intense. Something to which I don't think is possible.
