Are You Making More Than $0.01 Per Hit?

For every surfer that hits your server.

IE, 10 surfers go to your site today, thats 10 hits. Have you just made $0.10 off those 10 surfers?

Its easier to make $0.01 per unique than it is raw

on a bad day, i make around 5 cents raw, 6 cents unique. on an average day, i make around 7 cents raw, 9 cents unique. on a good day, i do around 11 cents raw, 14 cents unique.

How the hell am I supposed to know this stat? I have about 30 domains on 3 different hosting accounts. And none of the stats programs I have seen will easily allow me to know how many unique vistors I have on all of those domains. If I actually took the time to manually add up all of the data from my servers and then figure out how much I made from all of my sponsors... the day would be over.

You know, tracking this stuff isnt actually as bad as you make it sound

It takes me around 2 hours each month in total across god knows how many sites LOL

It all completely depends on where your traffic is coming from and what you are marketing...

for studio sites like dickwadd.tv we make up to $1 per unique!

for affiliate traffic the numbers can still be ok, like 10-20 cents...

the worst is any type of traffic you actually pay for, like SE clicks (google, sex.com, etc) ... or rotating banner ads on adult-themed sites... only certain keywords are profitable...
