It Doesn't Stop at 2257

At the risk of getting stoned in public, I'm going to say this anyway.

It's obvious that some people aren't seeing the "BIG" picture...

or,

Not looking at this 2257 through "WIDE" open eyes...

1. Everyone is banking on the FSC to get an injunction. That's fair, so are we.

2. What IF the injunction is filed, but then gets shot down? No one wants to think about that (it seems).

#1 & #2 are possible facts or outcomes, granted.

HOWEVER!!!

No one seems to be realizing that 2257 compliancy is ONLY a tool that will get the Feds in the front door.

What about all of the OTHER Obscenity Laws? Do you honestly think that they are going to walk in with ONLY 2257 in their "hip pocket"?

HELL NO!!! They're going to walk in FULLY LOADED with every conceivable, every written law in their "hip pocket" that they can possibly throw at you!

They can do that without 2257 if you have risky content, problem is they never got a conviction. Just people copping a plea.
