    Post Blue Loot 2257 Compliance

    Dear Webmasters,

Since the very first day of opening our business, Blue Loot has taken pride in maintaining the best reputation within the adult industry. Most webmasters would agree that our program is one of the most professionally run within the industry. It has always been our goal to have a program that is run with sound professional standards and the utmost attention to every detail for our webmasters and our members. It is at this time we want to assure our webmasters that when it comes to 2257 regulations we will maintain the same high professional stands we have in the past. We have been working diligently to make sure we are compliant in every way and we are proud members of the free speech coalition supporting their efforts to stop many unnecessary aspects of the new laws.

Since we produce our own content and we are also a content provider we have all the documents ready at hand. We have been working on a solution, which will make our webmasters who wish to keep their existing Blue Loot content on their sites compliant without compromising any privacy laws or alienating our models by giving their most private information out. We have the data in our system we just had to modify it to make it available publicly without any risks involved to our internal systems.

In the coming days we will be providing a comprehensive database of all of our content cross referenced according to the new 2257 requirements. This data base will be searchable by model alias, real name, content ID or content Title. Access to this data base will only be granted based on an official government inspection. The following number will be active for 24/7 calls to get immediate access to the content database.
    1800-281-00540.

You will also be able to add your domains where Blue Loot content resides to our data base by next week. However you may start emailing us your domains to webmasters@blueloot.com. Please include your affiliate Number and content name EXACTLY as it appears on our sites along with a list of your domains.

    Hosted Galleries:
Currently, all of our hosted galleries comply with the revised 2257 regulations, and since the content is hosted on our domain, no changes by Blueloot webmasters are necessary in order to comply with our terms.

    Banners:
For webmasters who wish to not have to worry about 2257 issues we have created a new section in our banner farm and called it 2257 compliant. You can find tons of softcore banners here and more will be added. We strongly encourage you to use these in place of other banners.

    Free content
From here on out all free content added to the promo section will be softcore sets. Please check for updates in the coming days

    Specific Video Marketing Tools
Since the pages reside on our own servers and are actually a part of the site there is nothing to be concerned about. This is strongly encouraged since it converts well.

We at Blue Loot hope this answers all your questions fully and completely if however you still have questions please feel free to contact Ray #174198632.

    Thank you!

    The Blue Loot Team

ok not picking on this company but in this statement and many mor like it:

This data base will be searchable by model alias, real name, content ID or content Title. Access to this data base will only be granted based on an official government inspection. The following number will be active for 24/7 calls to get immediate access to the content database.
these companies are saying that IF you suddenly have the DOJ knocking on your door you have to TRUST that at that time THEY are complient. thats a scarey risk to take, what if they go under in 6 months and all the documentation goes with them, then where are you left?
