    And now the government can do this...?

    I know the posts today are mostly centered on 2257, however, this one just pisses me off... the goverment can now take your home for "private" development purposes as opposed to just common good "government purposes".

    hawaii has a unique system of "accquisition!" , if they want your property they simply "rezone" it "city" this forces the average person to re-think the sudden tax on 4.2 million.
