Communications Decency Act
Many attorneys argue that the Communications Decency Act shields Web sites from responsibility for material posted by users.
If this is true ?? then why would users posting thumbs to a tgp/mgp site be of any concern of the owner - if the materials are not posted by the owner.
This would in essence fall under the CDA and protect the tgp/mgp owner despite 2257 - why isnt anyone arguing this paticular point??
