Not EVERY document. I had to subscribe to the 10th circuit court PACE system and pay 8cents a minute access while I dug around for the few docs I got. Exhibit A hasn't been released to us all until I went and got it myself. You know.. the article written by Mark Kernes that quotes the FSC attorney etc etc.Originally Posted by Lee

Lee honestly I'm getting tired of sounding like a broken record. Why is it only a few of us see the blatent manipulation going on here?
Fear? Perhaps fear of prosecution and all the added stress has blinded some?
To be honest, I am disappointed by the FSC and the deal. Now I am not an expert nor even profess to be one, but in my opinion, the FSC seems to have gone back on its premise as stated on its own website... that it is an industry watchdog, not a watchdog on behalf of its members but for the adult industry... and now the last minute deal. I have to wonder how many of those paid up members were asked their opinion? Was it a board decision only? Was it merely a legal decision? Surely such a deal wasn't spur of the moment, so they had to know before hand one was on the table, so why were members not consulted?
Then too the whole providing a list of members. Sure its secret but each time the DOJ offers a name they get to know who is on it and who isn't... is that scary? By itself perhaps not, unless they plan to target them in order to stifle any further attempts at preventing their plans... which is a good tactic, if you were the DOJ.
I don't know the answers, all I know is I was leaning towards them before, but not now. I just find the lack of clear communication to the public to be confusing and in my limited view, wrong.
but just my opinion

it's not just your opinion... an organization can be EITHER a watchdog OR they can watch out for their members. either is fine, but imo you can't be an industry advocate when your first concern is your members....
