What type of content is exempt from all types of record keeping ?

I know that nudity is not considered "sexually explicit" but what types of flirtatious types of nudity are allowed without being "sexually explicit" and exempt from record keeping requirements.

I have researched this area for months now and haven't seemed to be able to figure out where the line is drawn because I don't want to come close to the line.

Is an erection always sexually explicit ?

Seriously, it would be a cute gimic for you to create cartoon id's for your cartoon models just for the marketing aspect, as well as the political statement it would make that this new set of regs is a joke.... etc.

I think it would be a good idea....but that's of course...just me.....
