How Quickly Do You Adapt To New Technology?

Just curious with the recent booms in the international marketplace, cell phone porn, etc etc...

How quickly (or slowly if thats the case) do you adapt your business model to these new or emerging markets?

Do you try to get going from the get go or, do you wait a little while to see how viable these new markets are?

great... more new technology? Shit I am still trying to figure out this new fangled phone thingee.... I mean before with my old one I just picked up the ear piece, twirled the wee knob and waited for Ethel to come on so I coudl tell her who to get on the other end... now I gotta twirl some weird metal dial with numbers under it... and now you telling me there is more new things? I am getting my cyber-genic implants next week LOL!!!

I love playing with new technology but unfortunately things are a bit slow to get to Australia at times, not to mention pricey. I usually end up buying one-generation old stuff, like when they released 200G drives I bought a 160G drive for price per performance factors.
