    Cock Shots

So, if I took shots of JUST cocks, nothing else, do I have to have id on them for 2257? ;-)

I mean..how the heck are you going to know WHOSE it is from a photo id?

Always looking for an exit strategy.

if they are soft then you are exempt
if they are hard, then I will lend you a hand to make them exempt

    cheers,

Read 2257 carefully. It refers to the definition of "sexually explicit" that can be found by looking at 2256 by giving a point by point list of the 2256 definition. But -- this is important -- the 2257 definition excludes the part found in 2256 that refers to lascivious depictions of genitals or the pubic region.

So dick shots and full frontal nudity are exempt. But if it looks like the model is masturbating, it's not.

DISCLAIMER: Not a lawyer. This isn't legal advice.

women don't need to be masturbating for the genitals to be lascivious, just showing pink - i suspect that men only need to be hard. and then it would depend on what judge you got if it got to that point - remember, some conservative judges cover up classic statues with clothes :-/
