Interesting... the US Supreme court ruled that the case involving gokstar should be revisited and that there are grounds for them being liable for damages for allowing illegal file sharing.

Strange differences as the Canadian Supreme court ruled that the music industry could not have access to ISP accounts on the same basis that the US allowed it.
So if a company can be held liable for what its members do online, wonder how soon before the DOJ will suddenly stop exempting ISPs from 2257 violations?
A stretch I know, but possible... or not? :gossip:
