New law is officaly on?right?
So is everyone ok now,or did u had to "forget" about some content u have?
Personally i didn't have any prob with my customers,some custmers even needed my own ID photo like a proff that i am non-Usa provider,and offcourse they get it

Hope that new 2257 didn't hurt anyone here

I don't know which regulations YOU are reading, but the models could use Visa's, just like if they got a job in the US and have to provide documentation to work.

Foreign visa's and passports are acceptable.

There's no confusion at all.

Foreign government issued IDs are fine.

The confusion is coming from, yet again, attorneys, who make money by telling everyone what they want to hear.

I agree. The way i read the new regs Foreign ID's are fine....as long as the producer and model are both "located" outside the USA. If we could get the word "located" defined to clarify whether it means living or simply located while working....

I do find it odd that Mr. Cambria, the chief architect of this deal, would make such a , what appears to be, blatantly misleading statement.

The pupose of the hearing was to challenge the content of 2257 as written by DOJ in it's latest form, and not to rewrite the text in some agreement. Besides, the agreement I saw does not even mention this "change".

Either Mr. Cambria misspoke, or the reporter from AVN reported it incorrectly...
