Called plagarism as well as being a copyright violation.. unless they materially alter the words, they are in violation of most countries copyright laws.

I hate it when people do that. It is one thing to copy an article and then post a link to the original source, or quote it and it would be nice if permission had been granted.. though most never do. Still would be nice

If yoy were using it for example or educational purposes but you still need to give credit where credit is due. If you just wanted to post it as a good article you should not leave out the source of the article
