Summer Slow Down

I know these types of threads always bring a mixed bags of replies, but I'm just wondering how the summer slowdown has been for everyone.

It seems to be a bit more severe than I recall last year. I'm wondering if 2257 had a lot to do with that. Did everyone just stop producing galleries and sites during the month of June until they knew what was going on?

I know also in Canada we've had 13 straight days of record heatwaves, we've had floods in Alberta, and then Pride, and now we're heading into another record heatwave. The weather's not making it easy on the traffic, although I'd think when it's this hot people would just stay inside in the a/c and surfer porn.

How's June been for you?

Its really been a mixed bag this month for me both in traffic and earnings. I've had some pretty nice surprise days lately. All in all I'm doing pretty good; so I'm not complaining too loudly.

things are ticking along nicely for me, I see a bit of an improvement on the paysite stats so far.

Well my revenues for June (which are mostly based on May sales) are just fine. They are exactly where they have been for the past 3 months.

One thing for me that is low this month is my European dvd mail order affiliate, by several hundred euros - and clearly the 2257 malaise wouldn't really be effecting that. You just get fluctuations. :egg:

We took a small hit this month although, to be fair, ive kinda been slacking work wise for the past week or two so i think its more attributed to that than the slowdown.

summer may be slow to some but for me my conversion and sales with FH was good!
