How do I add a pic?

I want to post a thread and add a pic. When I click on insert image is says "Enter The Text To BE Formatted. [IMG]xxx[/IMG]. Somebody please explain this to me. :notsure:

hi there mate, i think the one you clicked is the place where you can paste the pic you want to post.
