Found this online ... a list of 50 foods that you should try in your lifetime. There are some on there I've never heard of and I've got 30 years food service experience and have the food network on almost around the clock!

About half of those things are sea food.

So, yeah, I'll eat them before I die... RIGHT before I die.. and they'll be what causes my death.

However, aside from that and the Bay bugs, i've had everything on the list.

Why isn't Moose Meat on there?

Aligator is a nice White meat.. not unlilke chicken. I know what a silly thing that sounds to say.

Hehe like Jasun mentioned it has the texture of chicken but to me it didnt really taste like chicken LOL

Aligator burgers were huge a few years go in the UK, one of the main grocery stores there started to carry them in their meat counter along with bison, emu (i think), roo and wld boar.
