Ive been checking out a few of the sites that we usually send our PR's across to lately and also looking at their traffic levels and i have to say, most of the sites that actually do send us some reasonable traffic levels for the PR's we send dont have that much traffic.

Has anyone else noticed that lower trafficked sites seem to send more traffic than those ones that have a lot?

Also, who is on your hitlist when it comes to sending out PR's?
