Non U.S Webmasters - Have You Incorporated In The U.S?

Just curious if any of you folks that live outside the USA actually incorporated your business in the US for any reason such as getting processing or anything like that?

If so, how did you find the process of getting setup? Did you use an online service or have your attorney / accountant do it for you?

Also, if you have incorporated in the US how are you finding the taxation and corporate laws?

    Regards,

    Lee

Patti is right. I used the Company Corporation. http://www.corporate.com/
They were quick and under $1000. Process was painless. How am I finding taxation and corporate laws in the US? Sounds like a perfect lead-in to a Marx Bros. response. But I'll pass.

They are under $350 for the FULL service.. give you shares, a coporate seal, bylaws get your TAX ID number for you and everything else you can think of and all within just a few days.
