Strange News from a Russian Website

Okay, I just found this article on a Russian website called "Tight belts and low waits jeans produce the effect of heat castration for men and women alike"

Okay, a little bit harsh, but I can follow that line of thinking. That's not what struck me about this story. It was the opening paragraph...

The USA celebrated a rather original holiday titled No Pants Day a month ago, in the beginning of May. The holiday is not only a day of fun, it gives a good reason to lead a healthy lifestyle, when people bid farewell to a very bad habit of theirs (at least for one day) - wearing pants.

Okay, WHERE in the USA do we celebrate No Pants Day???
