We just had dinner (after midnight ).

Baked salmon stuffed with crab meat.
Garlic marble potatos
Mixed spring veggies.

With fruit salad and yogurt for dessert.

I think we need to start eating a bit healthier like this more often LOL

If me and my partner cooked such meals like that we too would not get to eat it till way after midnight !

who cooked? We're can't cook much so we've been eating the Stouffer's meals and improvizing with beef chuks rib thingies.

And of course being a Bulgarian boy - loooooots of yogurt - by itself, in a drink, or with chocolate chip cookies or butter pound cake.
