meanwhile at the ranch i got a better question to ask you.

we currently are waiting for verotel to get off there ass and approve us for our merchant account to accept payment thru our website..

how long does it take for you to approve and setup a merchant account with your company ? how much is the fee's and also as well since we are already a LTD in the netherlands can you accept that as well.

we need to get our site up and running balls to the wall we got plans and well the more delays we have the more irritating it gets.

here is the website url so you can check out the content and nature of my website http://www.midwestmale.com let me know if you can approve this and how long your general process takes.. admin@midwestmale.com

Oh great, you learned how to edit your profile. How about going back to your profile and put something in there to give yourself some credibility. Anyone can create a message board account and toss out inane comments. If it makes you feel better, good for you, but it does nothing toward fostering a healthy discussion about billing companies.

"just a scorned burnt indivicual from iBill" might indicate you're a former employee? Yeah, that gives you lots of credibility. They had to lay off a lot of people. Share your beef, back it up with something other than "sack o shit" comments and you might be taken seriously.

    Bert:

I won't be in Florida this year, but I will be getting back in contact with you soon.

For the rest of you, before I got tied up with the 2257 crap (AND rehabing a rental property at the same time) I was getting close to a settlement with Ibill thanks to Bert. I'm sure we would have worked out something, but I dropped the ball myself.

I've been working with Ibill since 1999 and Bert seems to be the first person from Ibill that has actually been helpful. I will let you all know how it goes in a few weeks.

What is it that you help people work out? If iBill owes them money, surely they should just pay it? If they can't pay it all at once, they should pay it in stages as quickly as they can afford to. What's to work out?

Has anyone heard from Bert or iBill about a settlement?

I emailed him and we agreed on a settlement. Now two pay periods have passed and nothing... He has not answered my last two emails.

Yeah, we heard about the "settlement"... it required that we switch our processing back to IBill, and gurantee them a certain dollar volume of sales every month.... and they will then use the proceeds of the transactions to pay me back over a shorter "extended" period.

For me, I think paying my back IN FULL, would be the first step to convincing me of their sincerity....instead of me once again helping to finance their operations with money they owe me.

    Author author !!

When I asked questions in Florida, you dodged EVERYTHING.

I know it's poor form to shoot messengers and you are just a simple sales guy, but we have MANY thousand reasons to mistrust and disbelieve EVERY thing that comes from ANYONE associated with iBill.

Your settlement "offer" was a joke and quitee frankly, if our lawyers wouldn't have a pup that I am even typing this I would have a LOT more to say !

Having said that, congrats to those of you that reached settlement, but to us, having a rapist offer to give a thrid of your virginity back and then the rest bit by bit, but only if they are allowed to rape you again and again sort of didn't get my positive attention.

For the record we paid ALL webmasters out of our own pockets when we were screwed.

iBill, I'm sorry. you have had HEAPS of opportunity an MUCH contact with CuriousCash to be able to right your wrongs, you didn't, and you suck.

And that's about all I have to say about that.

I was willing to go back to them. I was very impressed with their quick offer pay past payments... But now, nothing.

    Hmmm. Go figure.
