ok - the concept is nice, but I've got a couple suggestions

1. make the overall movie fill the screen better - it's rather small

2. once the three vertical pics slide in - have them stop bouncing - the movement totally takes your eyes to the motion and you miss the text

3. the text descriptions need to be in a bigger font - even at 800x that was tiny and hard to read

Also, not everyone reads at the required pace.
- Having to watch the thing 17 times to get it, you start getting a little annoyed...

Maybe the texts could stay visible, slowly sliding down and out or something, when they are replaced by the next set...

Otherwise it looks very professional, almost too much so - like a bank-ad.
- but then, I guess, that would actually be the kind of feeling, someone looking to join an outfit like yours, would be looking for :penny:
