How Much To Pay A Guy To J/O On Webcam?

So im looking at a couple of projects we have underway atm and, one of them involves paying models to do some 30 min J/O sessions on webcam but i really dont know what i should be looking at paying these guys.

Your thoughts? Obviously i need to get the full id's etc for the guys prior to them 'performing' so there will be some face-to-face meetings happening, for those of you who current have webcam operators, what sort of price range do you pay your models? This is most likely going to be for a maximum of 3 or 4 sessions each around 30 minutes in length.

Any help or advice you can offer would be appreciated

I usually pay my guys $100.00 for webcam shows that last 1.5 hrs.

We pay £50 (about $100) for 30 mins, but that's purely for the webcam show - the face-to-face meetings are done at the same tme an audition/photo shoot, so we sort of pay for that time separately.

All depends what you're gonna do wtih it ... if it's live on webcam then why not pay him like normal webcam models ?

3-4 times a week or total?

If it is 3-4 times a week @ 30min/session you should pay around $250 a month.

IF it is 3-4 times total @ 30min/session, get what they are willing to accept. I would guess around $250 because it is a one time pay out and not recurring.

Depends on who your models are and what they are willing to accept. Normally 30 min isn't long enough, the mood is just getting warmed up by then. You may want to shoot for 1.5hrs, plus they will take it more serious then if it were 30 min.

we are going to split the cost of webcam profits..

since all webcams will have a set price of 2.00 per minute the customers who want to see there cam's have to buy time in advance then they can view any webcam until there time runs out on there members page. How it works is all webcams are going to have tracking on them to see how many people has connected to them and watched them in pay per view mode then it will deduct our 30% of $2.00 per minute so we will get 60 cents a minute and the host will get the rest. then what happends is every 3 weeks the website will email me and the models who have made money on there webcam and tells them how much they are getting minus our deductions and the time and seconds people connected to there cam. Furthermore everyone who makes money on my website will be 1099 every 3 months to claim there own taxes (tax legal bullshit) independant contract...
