Web Designer Required

Man Attack a new and innovative creative group is putting a site together that has already been done, but, with a great new spin.

We need a webmaster with the following credentials:

1. Should live and work from the Miami and or Fort Lauderdale area for personal meetings/lunches
2. Should have extensive experience in database management
3. Should know how to write a flexible database script
4. Should have a portfolio of sites that they have done work for
5. Must be able to put together a clear and concise pricing proposal breaking out what will be designed and the cost of each aspect
6. Must be willing to sign a guarantee for services and a do not disclose on business ventures

What you're looking for isn't just a designer, you're wanting a programmer or a webmaster who can handle various aspects of an internet presence. If you can't find someone who can multi task between the two categories, you may need to look at bringing in two different employees to complete your project.

Bec is right on. Creative people i.e. web designers aren't likely to have database management experience. If you can find someone that can do everything you are asking you better hold on tight to that person!

bec is right - i have used many different designers, and only a VERY few write databases or scripts.

while you might find someone who has all those different skills, there are not likely to be that many people in the area you are in. you could improve your possibilities by living without in-person meetings.
