C++ Question

Does anyone here have any knowledge about coding in C++?

If so, is it possible to include a .php script display inside a C++ application such as a toolbar for IE?

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Does the c++ app need to display the script output, or use it within the tool bar (e.g passing a value)?

Just display the output itself, for example, say on GWW we have a ticker.php script that displays the last X amount of threads made on the community, the ticker would work on the toolbar and display links to those threads.

Does that make sense?

I am a unix person.. so my resources may be a lil' limited..

but I am thinking .. something along the lines of
cURL, curlcpp, or libcurl..
