Makes you feel sorry for the content producers though.
It almost seems like the DOJ has given ground on most major issues EXCEPT secondary distributor.

I think it's great news that the DOJ is having to reposition themselves on many positions already. I believe they always knew they would have to. It's just one of those games they play, they have nothing to lose and we have everything.
