Question For The Performers / Porn Stars On The Community..

Do you folks have an agent to get you work or do you try to find work yourselves?

I know a few of the current 'a-list' performers / stars have agents that get acting roles for them just wondered if you folks had one to or do you actively seek out adult acting jobs?

Shortly after I did my first few scenes for Factory Video I was contacted by an agent here in San Francisco. Mark turned out to be a great guy and got me a number of good gigs, including work for Catalina and MSR. But being an agent is tough work and the pay sucks, about $100 per model cast. And there are some very sketchy folks out there who call themselves "agents."

The best part about working with an agent is he negotiated everything ... and I hate negotiating. And he could also stretch the truth...like when he told one company I was an experienced fistimg top. My first time fisting was actully on that set with cameras rolling!

We personally use agents to find the models we are shooting most of the time ... was less trouble ... when you organise a big shoot, you only deal with 1 person for the payments of 10+ actors ... wich is a lot less trouble
