I need special hosting for a very, very, very small insignificant site!

OK, here's the scoop:

i need virtual hosting for a very, very, very small insignificant site.

a freelance client of mine runs a message board for guys to hookup who are in frottage/cock rubbing. it's a completely FREE/community kind of site, so he doesn't make a single penny off of it. in fact, he pays all the hosting and programming fees out of his own pocket. ( http://www.heroichomosex.org )

we have been on our currently hosting company for almost 4 years, and we are very happy with them. unfortunately, they are changing their business and we need to find a new host and we need to find one FAST!

here's the problem: we need a lot, but we can't pay very much.

we are currently paying $15.00/month. so, we need something in the $10-$20/month range.

bandwidth usage is approx 5 Gigs/month.

we need:

FreeBSD OS (preferred), but Linux is OK
shell access
one mySQL database (preferrably on localhost, not on a separate machine)
CGI capabilities with PERL DBI
no POP accounts needed
we have only one domain name
