Oh no, dialup will never do. Luckily I got my 3G phone this week that let's me get online with the pocket pc if my broadband goes out. The only bitch about that is tryiing to type out a message with the stylus.....:goof:

nice one! I have been using my Palm Treo for the last year with GPRS over GSM and it works pretty good but a 3G solution would be sweeeeeeet!!!
Yeah, it is really fast. Gives me 384K download and I think 65K upload. It is amazingly fast.
Living here in the land of gadgets sure does have its advantages. I think this city is wired (and wireless) like no other.
i forgot to mention that the one thing I really like about my Treo is that it has a full qwerty keyboard on it too, so there is no need to pull out the stylus pen....and its amazing how fast you can sms someone!
I can get one to add on, and may do it now that I will be using it more for chatting and emails. It is just so much fun to be able to check my stats while I am on the train, at the beach, etc. Dont feel so chained to the desk now,
