What attorneys, preferably Florida based, are webmasters using to try to get their money from Ibill ? :hmmph:

Dont go with an attorney in the same state as iBill.

Go with one out of state, that way, you stand the chance of winning by default if they dont show up

If memory serves me correctly, all 'wins' against iBill have been settled out of court thus far.

I "won" a Small Claims case against them, but still have no way to collect.

Another board mentioned that the only Ibill employee that "gives a shit" has just gotten fired.

That means we're back to dealing directly with Tony Soprano an dhis friends.

Okay, I was in contact with him and he offered me a settlement. Not the best offer, but I took it. Nothing came thru my bank account, so I emailed and emailed him... No response... I guess if he got fired, that explains why.

Oh well... Any advise what I should do?
