Well, the first thing you can do to make it a better forum is not to plagerize the text of the community forum titles and descriptions from this forum. You are, by doing so, violating the copyrights of this board.

Further, by doing so, you risk alienating yourself from members of this community who take copyrights seriously and thus will not find many willing to assist you in building this board until you at least play by the rules.

Also, it's probably not a good idea on your 5th total post, to come into this forum to try to draw members and traffic away from this forum by spaming in the general conversation area. This type of post doesn't even belong in this area...it belongs in the announcements area.

I know that I for one, would just LOVE to invest my time in a community that you've obviously spent so much thought and effort in creating.

I don't see the need for another forum because the gay industry is very fragmented now and it's shrinking. It's really not a bad idea, it's just a matter of timing but good luck to you anyway.

We have had a board (NOT gay specific) but multi forum for ages.. http://www.bentboard.com ...

I spend more time on other boards than I spend there, but it has been around since Christmas last year....
