I Need Help or Advise

My web site guest book and e-mail accounts we spammed with anti gay remarks. Although the remarks were not all that bad the problem is they came from companies that are part of one of the leaders in straight and gay adult content.

I think that not only gay webmasters but the gay community as a whole should know that these companies see the gay community as dollar signs and not people. I see their adverts all over this site so I really would not like to post who they are on this board. You can contact me by ICQ #173-823-973 if you would like to know who these people are.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what message boards would be the best to post this information on? Any other ideas on how to get this information out to the gay community would be very helpful.

If one of our community sponsors are making 'anti-gay' remarks we want to know about it, feel free to post who they were in this thread.

Companies need to start realizing they cant have it both ways, they cant be expected to make money from those of us in the gay industry whilst at the same time, making anti-gay remarks about us. Business on GWW just doesnt work like that.

Any thoughts to what you guys think I should do would be helpful. I don't think that this should be ignored. The problems these people cased are because they know nobody has done anything in the past to stop them. The amount of money the make a company shouldn't allow them to cause problems for others to produce the actions they want taken. Anyway here is a bit of the story below.


First an introduction of the people involved. Michal Vavak aka Vavo, and no3 is the owner of Studio Maya and at least one other studio in Bratislava Slovakia. Michal Vavak is a main supplier of live adult content to DHL Virtual Networks Inc. (DHL). DHL is owned by Karl Hamilton and better known as Livebucks.com (webmaster program), Privatefeeds.com, Pornication.com and many other adult sites including male and new shemale content. Mirelle is Michal Vavak's girlfriend and one of his models on DHL's web sites. William is a doctor and Divisional Nascar driver. He is also a customer I referred to Privatefeeds.

Below are not all of the facts but rather just a quick overview of some of the problems that led to the spam.

In April 2005 William one of my customers had a problem with Mirelle who decided to pass out his personal information including his home address, cell phone number, and e-mail address in her chat room. DHL's support team then added his static IP address into the her chat room. Mirelle then instructed her chat room regulars to go after William. This information and instructions were passed out in at least 4 DHL web sites simultaneously.

William tried to get action taken from DHL's support all the way to Karl Hamilton. William was banned from the sites for his efforts based on lies from Michal and Mirelle. William had also come to me and I spoke with Karl about these problems and I yielded no action. William's problems continued from Mirelle passing out his information ending in Identity theft. With no action taken by DHL William was forced to file a case against Mirelle in Bratislava for Identity theft and fraud, this case is still ongoing. During this time Michal pretended to be the officer in charge of the case to William on his MSN Messenger. This is what led to William being reinstated on the DHL web site.

Even with being shown absolute proof of Mirelle and Michal being the cause of all the problems Karl refuses to do anything about the two. The reason for this is simple Michal owns two studios which makes DHL tons of revenue. for my involvement my biker site and multiple e-mail accounts were spammed with hatred and gay slurs. I have positively traced all of the spam back to Michal and Mirelle.

Although the gay remarks are not bad, they use being gay in a negative way to produce a negative response from myself and visitors to my site . I found this to be repulsive coming from adult content providers. Also the site they add these comments to is a non adult site.

Blow is the unchanged e-mail spam:

My name is Bruce Summers and I am gay. I love to fuck with my best friend
William, who is a fucking idiot btw, but who cares? I LOVE TO FUCK idiotes!

Below is the spam they added to my site:

My name is Bruce Summers and I'm a gay. Last night I have fucked with this weirdo William, he's such a sweetie boy. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE YOU GUYS!

It was Mirelle and DHL's support team that posted William's information to the chat room. William did have screen shots of her passing out his information. The Brattislava Police was given all the info, and since William's computer crashed. He lost a lot of important pieces due to the crash.

I do have many of the conversation on this subject between everyone including Karl. Karls way is to ignore what is going on which just realtes to his pocket getting fatter. I do have a site with proof of what I said above if you would like to check it out. You will have to ICQ me for the URL as I don't want to post that here on the board.

Are you sure it is the Hollywood you know? This story seems awfully familiar to me but with a different twist. There is a "surfer" that harasses the hell out of this company on a whole lot of boards and has been banned from several of them because of their actions.

DrGuile I love how you changed your post from "Its a lie" to blaming these posts on William. Did you change this because you forgot about the hundred or so pages of contact with Karl, Vavo, Mirelle, Ocean, and others that confirms the above staments are true?

I asure you DrGuile this is not William making these posts. This has also been a huge problem with your company blaming people when you do not have all the facts. Like I stated the above was just an overview of the peoblems that led to the spam. This has been going on since April 2005 and there are a host of problems that all started within your network of companies.

I came here to find out the best way to alert the community of Vavo's and Mirelle's gay slurs. Not to disscuss other matters of this problem or to spam my site here but they needed some background on why the spamming took place. William is not totaly innocent in all these matters and I have had words with him on his wrong doings. At least he is able to tell the truth and admit to his mistakes unlike anyone I have delt with in your network of companies.

Basschick I don't think I know you. I think Dee-MFM is right that you are thinking of someone else.

Dee-MFM Im not a surefer and this is my first time posting on an adult message board in about 7 or 8 years. I asure you I have not been banned from any boards or the sites I mentioned above nor have I spammed this story anywhere. There is someone out there spamming this around chat rooms but I havent heard about any message boards. I am sure it is probly very true that this is happening though. There is a lot more to the story than I posted as I have mentioned many times. I did not come here to spam the boards with that crap.

I came here for advice but since the company found out about my post they will probly turn this into a heated battle which was not my intentions. They just released a shemale lineup and this does not look good for them with their new release.
