    Apply if you have a demostrated track record with THREE years in design AND programming. We need a minimum of 4 or 5 websites examples that you have
    created or been more than 50% involved in creating. This position is in the Adult Entertainment area and you must be very comfortable with hetero, bi and gay adult websites.
    Experience with Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX (create/edit/slice), Photoshop and Flash MX with ActionScripts and ColdFusion interaction. Able to design websites with dynamic component and/or spaces (working in conjunction with programmer) and can work with HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
    You need to speak and write English very well. We need maturity, punctuality,and a person that is smart-working (not just hard-working). You need to be responsive to requests and direction. You need to work independently but you also need to be a team player. You cannot be a 'diva'. You need to organize well and you are a person who doesn't hem and haw.
    This is a FULL-TIME position at our offices. No independent contractors need apply.

    Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000. 6 month review with
    $5000. increase if performance well above average

    Good to see someone from BCS around here again! How about doing a search for "Big Cash Society" on this board and answering some of the question that have been floating around for the past 6 months?
