So me and 150 of my closest friends rode up to Bishop (or down if they came from San Francisco), down and over through Death Valley and into Bakerfield and then back home.
Took three days.

Had so much fun, met a bunch of new guys, parites with old friends, had a bit-o-naughty fun, ate, drank, was merry, kissed men and rode my motorcycle.
Death Valley is one of the most stunning places I've ever seen. Just gorgeous. The road south into Trona is perfectly straight for about 30 miles. I got my bike up to about 120. THAT was fun. Twisty canyon roads and straight aways.
Things I learned...
That whole "accelerate through the curve" thing actually does work.
Turn Outs are for quitters.
Public Nudity can be ruined by something as simple as four bus-loads
of Japanese Tourists with Cameras.
My Buell engine sounds really neat above about 120.
GPS on a motorcycle may lead you unwittingly into dirt roads, 5000
foot cliffs and blind curves.
The words to about 30 Shirley Q Liquor bits.
There are still people in this world who, when seeing three obviously
gay guys walking down the street, will roll down the window of their
pick-up lean out and yell "HOMOs!!".
When looking for my little brother, best thing to do is follow the trail of clothes.
Real progress as a rider is measured by how fast you can get from the
99/5 junction to the Hollywood Freeway.
Everything is better with Axle Grease.
