How Smart Are You? Help Me To Figure This Out..

I have 365 folders on my HD named /001/ thru to /365/.

Each of these folders has between 10-50 pics in it all named in sequence from 0001.jpg on.

I want to take the pic named 0015.jpg out of each folder and copy it to another folder named /pics/.

Ive just tried searching for the file name 00015.jpg and copying them over to the /pics/ folder but its just over-writing the files with each other.

Any idea how i can acheive getting all the images named 0015.jpg in to the /pic/ folder without renaming the files in the original source folders?

Well I use Infranview and do a batch conversion where I simply rename them and move them to the new folder as the new name... you select the files, then using the rename option, keep the original name but add a single digit.. do that all the time for my book graphics.. seems to work.. just make sure you don't select the delete or overwrite feature and set the directory where to place new files..
